All of our staff are qualified and experienced, with a range of backgrounds, gender and ages represented. We continually encourage our staff to develop themselves professionally, academically and personally; we regularly present opportunities to attend courses (such as Step Into Training or paedatric First Aid training), seminars and ongoing vocational courses. As well as our childcare staff, we employ a music teacher, a dance teacher and a fulltime cook. All of our staff are thoroughly vetted and CRB checked. But just as importantly, they all care greatly about the children in their care. We pride ourselves on the close bonds we have formed over the years both with the children and their parents. Furthermore, we also pride ourselves on the very low staff turnover, which is unusual within the nursery world.
