'The Fledglings'
Our infant room (for children aged 0-1 1/2 years old) is called the Fledglings. With experienced and friendly staff at the helm, who can boast an expansive knowledge of the needs and preferences of children within this age range, children in the Fledgings are provided with a safe and stimulating environment, in which to develop, discover and delight.
The room staff liase with each child's parents to construct a routine that caters for that child's individual requirements. It is our intention to maintain the practices that each child has at home, whilst supporting the child's intergration into the setting, meeting new faces, familiarisng themselves with the people and the environment that surrounds them and making friends.
The Fledglings provide an array of toys and equipmet, so that the children can play, learn and develop. The children can take part in a variety of crafts on a daily basis. Comfortable, secure sleeping facilities are provided along with a healthy, tasty and fresh meal, cooked on the premises, on a daily basis.
Our ultimate aim is to maintain the safe and friendly atmosphere that we have created, so that our children have the best possible means with which to develop and grow as happy, healthy individuals.
